If your item is defective it needs to be reported within 60 days.

I have a missing, wrong or damaged item in my order.

  • Missing an item:
Some orders may be sent into multiple shipments so please check for multiple tracking numbers.

  • Received a wrong item
Please email us at info@gpufanreplacement.com attaching photos to prove the item you received is wrong. We can resolve the issue by reshipping the correct item or by refunding your order.

  • Received a damaged item
If you have received a damaged item from the shipping company you have to email us at info@gpufanreplacement.com attaching photos to prove the item you received is damaged and we can reship the correct item or refunding your order. Damaged items has to be reported within 2 business days after package is marked as delivered.


When you receive a product and you find it not as described, you can contact us to resolve the issue. You will be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs in case you bought the wrong item or for any reason you don't want the item anymore.

Do not ask for a refund if your product is shipped and you have not received it yet. You should wait 60 days and if the items does not arrive in this period we will refund your order or reship the item.

  • How long do refunds take?

  • We will refund you 20% of item price or you have to return the item back with your expenses if you want to cancel the order:
