GPU Fan Replacement is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive returns and refunds guarantee for every product, under the following terms:

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
  1. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, report it within 60 days of receipt.
  2. Missing Items: Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. Please check all tracking numbers if an item is missing.
  3. Wrong Item Received: If an incorrect item is received, email us at info@gpufanreplacement.com with photos as evidence. We'll resolve the issue by reshipping the correct item or issuing a refund.
  4. Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 2 business days of delivery. Email us at info@gpufanreplacement.com with photos as proof of damage. We will either reship the correct item or process a refund.
  5. Non-As-Described Items: If the product is not as described, contact us to resolve the issue. You can choose to return the item for a full refund or keep the item and negotiate a partial refund.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs if you purchased the wrong item or no longer want it.

Refund Policy for Items in Transit: Do not request a refund for shipped items not yet received. Wait for 40 days; if the item doesn't arrive, we will refund your order or reship the item.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 24 hours after order review.

Order Cancellation Policy: After Shipping/Receipt of Tracking Number: Once an item has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, GPU Fan Replacement will not offer a refund unless the customer chooses to return the item at their own expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued for the item price. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is packed securely and reaches us in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item. No Refunds or Reshipments for Items Marked as Delivered:

Important: We do not offer refunds or reshipments for items that are marked as delivered by the shipping company. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location and to track their package.

Customer Responsibility for Correct Shipping Information:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. GPU Fan Replacement will not be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses if the error is due to incorrect information provided by the customer. In such cases, the following policies apply:

  • Re-shipment of Items: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. This cost must be paid before the item is dispatched again.

  • Refunds for Items Sent to Wrong Address: If an item is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refunds will be issued for the item or shipping costs. It is the customer's duty to provide accurate shipping details at the time of order.

  • Correction of Addresses: Customers are encouraged to double-check their shipping information before submitting an order. If you realize that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@gpufanreplacement.com. We will make every effort to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped. However, once an item is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address.

By placing an order with GPU Fan Replacement, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that they are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GPU Fan Replacement aims to provide excellent customer service, but we cannot be held liable for shipping issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
