Return & Refund Policy

At GPU Fan Replacement, your satisfaction matters to us. Please carefully review the terms below regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

🔁 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you receive your order.

We will provide a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The item received is different from what was ordered
  • The order does not arrive within 40 days from shipment

In these cases, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

❌ Wrong Item / Buyer Mistake

If you ordered the wrong part or no longer need the item:

  • Returns are accepted at the customer’s expense
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Once received and inspected, we refund the product price only (original shipping is non-refundable)

Please note: all items ship from our warehouse in China. Return shipping costs often exceed the product value, making returns impractical in most cases.

For this reason, we usually recommend offering a discount on the correct replacement instead of returning the item.

📦 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 24 hours after inspection
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the credit

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds are only issued after returned items are received
  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service

📦 Delivered Packages

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe delivery location and monitoring tracking until arrival.

📍 Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply
  • If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued
