At GPU Fan Replacement, your satisfaction matters to us. Please carefully review the terms below regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

🔁 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you receive your order.

We will provide a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The item received is different from what was ordered
  • The order does not arrive within 40 days from the shipment date (excluding delays caused by customs, incorrect address, or force majeure).

In these cases, please contact us with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.

Items must be in original condition and not damaged by misuse, improper installation, or physical damage to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Items that have been used, installed, modified, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

🔧 Installation Responsibility

We are not responsible for damage caused during installation, improper handling, or incorrect usage of the product.

Please ensure proper installation or consult a professional if needed.

❌ Wrong Item / Buyer Mistake

If you ordered the wrong part or no longer need the item:

If the incorrect item was ordered due to a buyer mistake (including but not limited to selecting the wrong model, incompatibility, or misreading the product description), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer mistakes due to the nature of our products and our international fulfillment model.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international logistics, all items are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

Returning items internationally is not practical, as return shipping costs typically exceed the value of the product itself.

For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted for buyer errors
  • Refunds are not issued for incorrect purchases
  • Return shipping (even if paid by the customer) is not a valid option

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully verify compatibility before placing an order.

📦 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 24 hours after approval.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the credit.

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases covered under our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We do not accept returns for buyer mistakes (see section above)

📦 Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. However, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the local carrier
  • Ensuring a secure delivery location

We may assist in filing a carrier investigation, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier will be considered as proof of successful delivery.

📍 Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply
  • If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued

We reserve the right to make the final decision in all return and refund cases.

We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
